Registration
Overview
Joining Bluegrass Soccer Club starts with tryouts — held once a year, typically in late spring or early summer. This is where our coaches evaluate players based on skill level, team fit, and development goals.
If your player is offered a spot on a team, the next steps are simple:
- Register through GotSport – our statewide platform for club and tournament play.
- Pay your registration fees – as outlined in our fee table.
- Plan for supplemental costs – such as tournaments, travel, and uniforms.
We’re committed to making soccer accessible to all families.
Financial aid is available, and we encourage you to apply early in the season.
Note: Coaches and team managers are also required to register through GotSport and complete all state-required credentials.
Tryouts
Tryouts are held annually and are open to players interested in joining a BSC team for the upcoming season. Our tryout process helps coaches evaluate skill level, team fit, and player goals. Use the form here to sign your player up for BSC tryouts.

2025 Season
Joining Bluegrass Soccer Club is the next step in your athlete’s development journey. We offer competitive teams for boys and girls from U9 through U18, with licensed coaches, tournament opportunities, and a focus on individual and team growth. Registration for the 2025 season is open now, and we’re excited to welcome new and returning families into our club community.
Player Registration
Only register after receiving an official offer from the club.
All players must register through GotSport, the statewide platform for club and tournament play. This includes submitting necessary documentation and completing medical waivers. If you are new to Bluegrass Soccer Club, please review our team structure before completing your registration.
Coach & Manager Registration
Coaches and team managers must register through GotSport to meet Kentucky Youth Soccer Association requirements.. Registration includes background checks, SafeSport certification, and other state-required credentials.
2025-2026 Fee Structure

Supplemental Fees
There are additional costs not included in registration fees and must be paid separately.
- Tournament Fees
- Additional tournament fees are divided equally between all the players
- All players are responsible for paying their share regardless of if they will participate in the tournament
- Coach Travel Fees
- If your team attends out-of-town tournaments, or travels out of town for league games, you will be responsible for covering coach travel expenses which may include mileage, hotel, and daily per diem.
- Uniforms and Bluegrass SC Gear
- Are NOT included with registration fees

Financial Aid
Bluegrass Soccer Club is committed to making soccer accessible to as many families as possible. We offer financial opportunities based on your players' needs and encourage families to apply early on in the season. Financial aid forms are available and reviewed confidentially and separately from registration.
